Founder
Ursula Gordon-Higginbotham, M.Ed., is a distinguished educational leader, ministry executive, consultant, and author whose career exemplifies excellence in leadership, service, and professional development. With nearly three decades of experience spanning education, ministry administration, and organizational leadership, she has established a reputation for advancing excellence, developing leaders, and strengthening institutions through strategic vision and servant leadership.
A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she was raised in a legacy of faith, leadership, and service. She serves as a senior leader at The Island of Hope Church of God in Christ and as Senior Executive Assistant to Bishop Prince E. W. Bryant, Sr. In 2014, she was appointed International Director of Local Church Administrative Staff Development for the Church of God in Christ, Inc., overseeing training for more than 12,000 congregations worldwide. She currently serves as Principal of Helen Major Elementary School and is the founder and CEO of The Administratoire, LLC.
